Canada-U.S. book price gap : Can we trust anyone to just fix it

Canadian and US Dollars at parity or not at parity, the book pricing in Canada shows  no concern, whatsoever (books are always sold at a higher price in Canada, ranging between 20 to 40%)!!! Who will fix the gap???
